With the developments in COVID-19 enforcing social distancing measures and the alarming unemployment rate in our communities, agencies are dealing with an overwhelming increase in individuals in need of meals. Volunteers will create Snackpacks to donate to agencies serving youth facing food insecurity in Greater Atlanta.
SnackPack should include the following:
- Juice box
- Fruit cup
- Bag of goldfish crackers
- Fruit snacks
- Granola bar
- Spoon and napkin set
United Way of Greater Atlanta will provide books to donate to each agency (volunteers are encouraged to donate new books if desired).
At minimum, each volunteer will commit to creating at least four Snack Packs to donate.
All donations must be delivered to 63 Auburn Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30303 between July 27th to July 30th, 9:30am -12pm.
